Fixing the Sprinklers

When we moved into our house there were a few places where the grass had overgrown the sprinklers in the backyard. But we could only figure out where those spots were when the sprinklers were on. So Cliff told the girls to get in their bathing suits and meet him in the backyard. Wesley did NOT get the memo.

Mila finally meets Grandpa McEldowney

Mila had to wait a month before she got to meet her Great-Grandpa McEldowney. He had been in and out of the hospital for the first few weeks after Mila was born.

July Roundup

July was a very busy month for us. Here is a hodgepodge of pictures from the rest of the month.

We went to listen to Noah's homecoming talk where Mila got to meet some more cousins and her great-grandpa.

 We visited the Norwalk crowd. Grandma McEldowney is holding Mila here.

 We attended the Stake Pioneer Day activity and the girls got their faces painted.

Noah's Home!!

Uncle Noah returned from his 2 year mission to Seoul, Korea. The girls and I made posters for the airport. Cliff and I taught Wes how to act appropriately at the airport. (Click on the video below.)

I am so very proud of my brother. What a great example he is to me and my kids! Mila was too new to take to the airport (especially the international terminal), so I stayed at my parents house with her while everyone else went to pick him up at LAX.

 Wes was only a month old when Noah left--but I think he still thinks he's pretty cool.
